The Modern Ergonomist?
The Modern Ergonomist is a consultancy who can provide expert advice on a range of workplace problems. Lillian is a professional ergonomist having gained a BSc Ergonomics hons from Loughborough University. Working for over 12 years within the world of ergonomics, gaining experience in many different industries such as rail, marine and most recently as part of a $2bn global company.
Having worked across the world, Europe, Asia and the US delivering consultancy as well as training, seminars and leading research. She has worked with a range of clients from large corporations such as Amazon, Goldman Sachs, GSK, Jaguar Landrover, John Lewis and RedHat to smaller businesses.
Lillian has delivered seminars at a variety of events talking about the importance of ergonomics in the workplace, wellbeing, agile working as well as product training. Enabling people to think more about how they can apply this knowledge to their working environments.
